Rate Policies
Room rates - Based on single or double occupancy.Check-in/Check-out Policies
Check-in Time: After 4pm, unless prior arrangements have been made in advance. Check-out Time: 12pm, unless late check out arrangements have been made in advance.
Room Policies
Children: Are by advance arrangement and subject to bedding requirements.Smoking: Not permitted inside the building
Pets: Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets at this time.
Reservation Policies
Rates: All rates are in Canadian dollars. Occupancy: Rates based on single or double occupancy.
Minimum stay: 3 night minimum stay. Shorter stays may be accepted subject to dates and availability.
Housekeeping: Daily rates include towel and linen service. Weekly rates include cleaners on a once per week basis. Monthly rates do not include cleaners. Cleaning services are available by request and at a reasonable cost.
Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside only.
Reservation deposit: To confirm a Reservation, 50% of the total is due once booking dates are confirmed. Rental balance and damage deposit: Rental balance and damage deposit are payable prior to and/or upon arrival.
Payments: Can be made by electronic bank transfer, personal cheque, bank draft, personal cheque, traveler’s cheque or with cash. Credit Card payments are also accepted with a 3% surcharge.
Security: For new guests we ask for a photocopy of your passport or picture ID.
Cancellations & No Show Policies
- If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the check-in date, there will be a $150.00 administration fee to cover banking and re-renting costs.
- If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, we will retain your deposit.
- No-Shows will be charged the full amount of their rental.
